What is Direct Primary Care Associates?

Direct Primary Care Associates offers a simplified and smarter approach to better health without the stress and limitations of third-party insurance companies. Our membership provides office visits with plenty of one-on-one time with your doctor, allowing you the opportunity to take proactive steps toward a healthier life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flat Fee; No Surprises
<\/strong>Instead of co-pays and surprise bills, Direct Primary Care Associates simplifies how you see your doctor. Labs, medications, follow-ups, telemedicine, annual physicals, and much more are included in one monthly fee. There are no co-pays to see your doctor at DPCA. By keeping a modest monthly membership rate, we are more cost-effective than paying traditional copays and deductibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connected
<\/strong>We are always with you! DPCA will meet you where you are with 24\/7 access to your primary care provider via a HIPPA-compliant app called Spruce- phone, text, email, or teleconference. Did you forget to ask something during your appointment? Send a message in Spruce instead of waiting for another appointment! Did you get sick over the weekend? Send a message in Spruce and we will help you even after hours and on the weekends. This could save you a trip to the urgent care clinic! We are here for you when you need us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convenience
<\/strong>How often have you waited weeks for an appointment, sat in a waiting room for an hour, and spent just a few minutes with your doctor? For our DPCA members, we will always strive to care for you when you want with the same or next-day appointments. DPCA allows for same-day and next-day appointments, short wait times, and unrushed appointments. We keep our membership enrollment limited to a select number of people. We give our members direct access to their primary care provider and schedule. You can schedule an appointment from the comfort of your phone, computer, or tablet. We will not turn you away if you walk in, however, you may have to wait (which no one likes) so we encourage our members to schedule an appointment in advance. Transparency
<\/strong>Are you tired of the surprise bills and obscure pricing when it comes to your health? So are we! With Direct Primary Care Associates, we value you and will provide you with full-price transparency. You will always be aware of how much a service costs before you are required to pay for it. For patients that have insurance, the tests and labs that are not covered will be billed to your insurance by the lab, pharmacy, or radiology provider in the usual manner. However, for those patients who do not have insurance, you will get your labs at cost. \u00a0We want to work to find ways to significantly reduce the cost of tests, x-rays, labs, and prescriptions wherever possible. However, you can find a list of included labs and medications\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0that are included in your monthly membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
