For individuals and families
Unlimited visits with a care team that knows you. $89 a month.
No copay at the desk. No deductible. No three week wait for a rushed seven minute visit. One membership includes your visits, your care team, and the everyday care you actually use.
Coverage is not care.
You pay your premium every month. Then the next available appointment is three weeks out. When you finally get there, you sit in the waiting room, then get seven rushed minutes with a provider who has to see enough patients to keep up with what insurance pays. A month later, a bill shows up for an amount nobody quoted you.
None of that is your provider's fault. It is what happens when a practice runs on insurance billing.
Here, there is no one in the middle. You pay us directly for the care you receive, and that is the whole model. Your visit is built around you, not around how many patients we need to see that day. One monthly membership, and nothing more for visits and included services.
Here's what you get. And what you don't.

DPCA has taken the doctor's office experience from a nightmare to a dream.
The things people ask before they join.
Insurance and coverage
Is this insurance?
No. DPCA is a membership medical practice, not an insurance company. Your membership includes the care our providers deliver in our clinics. It does not include hospital stays, specialists, emergency care, or surgery. We recommend every member carry coverage for major medical events, and Momentum Benefits can help you find the right plan.
I already have insurance. Does DPCA still make sense?
For most people, yes. A year of membership usually costs less than a deductible, and it covers the care you actually use most: visits, routine labs, and everyday medications. Members with insurance keep it for the things membership does not cover, which is hospital care, specialists, emergencies, and surgery. Many pair DPCA with a high deductible plan for exactly that reason.
Do you take Medicare?
Medicare beneficiaries may enroll under a private contract and may not bill Medicare for DPCA services. DPCA has opted out of Medicare.
Membership and cost
What does membership cost?
Adults age 18 and over are $89 a month. Children under 18 are $35 a month on a family account, and the family maximum is $248 a month for two adults and two or more children under 18. A minor enrolling on their own is $60 a month without the pharmacy benefit. There is a one time $75 enrollment fee per family. There is no copay at check-in and no deductible.
Can I enroll my child without enrolling myself?
Yes. A minor can enroll without a parent enrolling. That membership is $60 a month and does not include the pharmacy benefit. If a parent is already a member, a child under 18 is $35 a month on the family account, with a $248 family maximum for two adults and two or more children.
Is there a contract, an enrollment fee, or a cancellation penalty?
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice, and there is no cancellation penalty. There is a one time $75 enrollment fee per family, and it applies to individual and employer accounts alike.
Getting care
Can I get a same day or next day appointment?
Yes, after you establish with one of our providers. We cap how many members each provider takes, which is what makes same or next day appointments possible. To book, message us through our member app or call the clinic. DPCA is appointment only and does not take walk-ins.
How do I reach my care team between visits?
Call, text, or email your care team directly. Most questions get answered without an appointment at all. You are not routing through a phone tree to leave a message with someone who will call you back tomorrow.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth visits are available to members through our member app, which is also how you call, text, and message your care team.
Do you see children?
Yes, from age 2. DPCA sees patients age 2 and older, including well child checks.
Joining DPCA
How do I become a member?
Sign up online in a few minutes using the Join DPCA button, or call the clinic nearest you and we will walk you through it. Once you are enrolled you get a welcome message, and then you schedule your first visit.
What happens at my first visit?
Your provider takes a full history, does a comprehensive physical, and runs a lab evaluation. That is what your individualized wellness plan is built from. Plan for your first visit to be a full hour.
Do I still need insurance?
We recommend major medical plans for anything beyond primary care. Your DPCA membership includes everyday care: visits, labs, and the services listed on our Included Care page. It does not include hospital stays, specialists, surgery or emergencies. Most members pair their membership with a health plan for those.
DPCA is a membership medical practice, not an insurance company. Membership includes care delivered by DPCA and does not replace coverage for major medical events.
Always accepting new patients.
