Any provider can prescribe it.
Your DPCA provider, a specialist, or any other provider you see. Home delivery medications are sent to the Revive pharmacy, and medications you need today go to the local pharmacy you choose. Not sure where yours should go? Our care team can help.
STEP 02
We check the list.
If it is on the list, it is included in your membership. If it is not, we tell you what it costs and whether there is an included alternative that works just as well.
STEP 03
It ships to your house, or it's ready for pickup.
Ongoing medications are delivered at no extra cost, and refills arrive before you run out. Need something today? Pick it up at a local pharmacy with the coupon in your Revive app.
What is on the list
Over 1,000 generic medications. These are the everyday medications most people actually take: blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes, mental health, antibiotics, and more.
PDF, eight pages, last updated August 2026. It lists every included medication with its maximum quantity, grouped by condition.
What is not included
Brand name and specialty medications outside the list are not included, and neither are compounded medications or anything that requires a specialty pharmacy.
If you take something that is not on the list, tell us. We can often find an included alternative that does the same job, and when there is not one, we will tell you the cash price before you get to the counter.
