Everyday care
Visits without a meter running.

Who we see, by age
DPCA sees patients age 2 and older, including well child checks. We do not see patients under 2.
A family with an infant needs that answer before they call, so it is on the page rather than in a phone conversation.
What it does not cover
This is on the page for a reason. Finding out in an emergency room is worse.
The plain version
Membership covers care delivered by DPCA. It is not insurance. We recommend every member carry coverage for major medical events, and we can connect you with a local agent.

No tiers and no upgrade path. $89 a month for an adult, $35 for a child on a family account, $248 family maximum, plus a one time $75 enrollment fee per family.
